Like most everyone I have caught Downton Abbey Fever. Although a bit late to the party.
Last August during my visit to Em in Conway she introduced me to the series. We landed up watching both Season 1 & 2 in a weekend! It was nonstop Downton from Friday night to Sunday. So much bonding.
So I was delighted when an Amazon package from Em arrived on Wednesday. Of course I waited to Friday to open what I knew was a birthday present....NOT!
I tore open the package and had the first two pages read before I even called to thank her. She knew I wouldnt wait.
Perfect book for this biography loving reader, Lady Almina and the Real Downton Abbey - The Lost Legacy of Highclere Castle. I highly recommend this very interesting life story.

I haven't watched Downton Abbey yet, but I am sure that I would love it, being the anglophile that I am. I have downloaded the book onto my Kindle, as I love a good biography, also!
